New beginning

I am beginning this journey for the second time. Beginning with the Herbalife 3 day diet plan to jumpstart my system. I did exercise this morning using the walk away the pounds video and weights. I will post daily to keep myself accountable

    Well, here I am again. It's been about 4 years and I am right back where I started. I have been trying to lose weight again by just watching what I eat, sometimes, but not doing the logging of meals, and exercising, sometimes, but not on a regular basis. Surprise? It isn't working. LOL So, I am back to My fitness Pal to try getting this weight off again. I hope I can be successful again.

    Welcome! You've come to a great site.

    You don't need to "jumpstart your system". Save your money. I've lost 26lbs so far sticking to the calories MFP gives me and exercising.
