Calorie confusion

Hi all.
Been using MFP since Feb and have lost 34lbs so far. Recently I've noticed that if I stick to the suggested calorie limit of 1310 I get a message saying I'm not eating enough even though I'm eating the recommended calories.
Anyone else experienced this?

Are you logging exercise?0

Because you're logging exercise and your net calories are below 1200.1

Agreed. Eat back half of what you earn through exercise. In a few weeks, look at your progress. Are you losing faster than expected? Eat back 75%. Slower? Eat 25%. Right on pace? You're doing great. It takes some toying with, and the numbers will change as your weight keeps going down. Congrats on your progress so far!0

Thanks for your replies. I've not been logging exercise for a while so maybe it's time to get the fitbit out again.0

I see net calories under 1200 all the time in my feed, so I don't think that's it. I wish that stopped people's diaries from posting, but it doesn't seem to..0
