Are you looking to build strength? Hovers and planks have helped me with that. Still too much belly fat to see the difference, but I sure can feel the core strength.

I like Athlean X 6 pack promise. It's 3 bucks in the app store and has literally hundreds of ab exercise variations. It's a different workout every day. Good luck!

Have you tried an ab wheel? Or doing pikes using a medicine ball? I do those two thing's a couple times a week and my abs scream at me after.

Don't have an ab wheel and no idea what pikes on the ball are. I will google that one. I have been doing planks and have worked up to 8 minutes Thx for info

It is actually sort of a reverse pike I guess. Lie on your back with your arms and the ball up at the top of your head and slowly meet your feet and hands together in the middle. Ab wheels are a pretty cheap investment, I think I found mine for $12.

I made an ab wheel using a weight plate and a piece of pipe that fit through it.

Well- 1 min front /1 minute each side plank for a total of 8 minutes :). I used to couldn't even hold a plank for 30 seconds.

Unless it's a cable crunch I don't even want to deal with it. Maybe hanging leg raises too (or in my case, knee raises).

I bought an ab mat and i am really liking it. It essentially makes you able to do full sit ups by yourself without having to lock your feet under something. Plus it makes it easy for your back. It was only 20$.
