How do i calculate with breastfeeding a new baby and trying to lose weight, without losing milk supply???

I saw on another thread to eat at least 1800. You can do that by entering exercise. I just made an exercise called breastfeeding and add it everyday to up the calories.1

Every ounce of breastmilk had 20 calories in it, so if you pump at least once to see how much you predict for a feeding, use 20kcal x # of ounces=calories in milk. Then, your body had about an 80% efficiency rate to produce that milk. So you would take you first total number and divide it by .8
Example:
My baby eats 2 ounces every 2 hours. (12 feelings total for 24 hours)
That's a total of 24 ounces produced in a day.
24 oz X 20 calories = 480
480/.8=600
So it takes you 600 calories to produce 24 ounces of breastmilk.
I would create your own exercise session and make it whatever caloric expenditure you calculate
