MOTIVATION
I am tryn 2 get myself started again. I had an almost fatal incident and I'm tryn 2 get back n the game. I used go go 5-6 days in the treadmill 4 abt 2hrs and I'm now at 15mins.
It's so hard 2 get my butt started. My fri be told me to go 4-3 times this wk. I've made 1 day and plan 2 walk again 2morrow. I feel good when I do it-superhero style, but when I don't do it I put myself down. I need 4 weight mgmt and also health issues
Help. KEEP ME ACCOUNTABLE, plz.....
