In had gastric bypass 2 years ago and just had twins 5 months ago looking to get back on track and ideas of healthy meals

  How was nutrient absorption and weight gain during pregnancy? I'm getting gastric next month but want to have a baby as soon as it's recommended. How are you feeling...
