First off, let me just say that I LOVE blueberry pancakes! So, I was pleasantly surprised and highly satisfied upon finishing my oatmeal and feeling as though I had just eaten blueberry pancakes. =) Here's what I did:

1 packet of Quaker Oats Weight Control Maple & Brown Sugar oatmeal (you can substitute any oatmeal you prefer, but I think it's the maple flavor that completes the pancake flavor)

1/2 c. fresh blueberries, rinsed

1 TBSP. sliced almonds

1/3 c. Silk Almond Milk (original flavor)

Mix oatmeal packet, blueberries, and almonds. Add water as specified in oatmeal cooking instructions; cook accordingly (mine was 90 seconds in the microwave). Remove from microwave and stir in almond milk (can substitute with liquid of choice: water, milk, soy milk, etc.). Enjoy! =)
