    I do all those workouts...but I've never actually done it though them :happy: If you're like me and hate to spend money...look on youtube.com you'll find all those same things

    I have to ask...I was looking at some on limewire but I couldn't burn them there, they would not open or weren't the whole session. Are they better on you tube and can you burn them onto dvd there? Just wondering :)
