Hi im new here, im from Denmark, im 163 cm and 67 kg, i want to lose around 10kg, and i just started biking to work (and home again :) ) I also do run,.. i dont like it, but i like the feeling afterwards. I eat healthy, but as a receptionist i do not move a lot during the day. Im so exited for this, and I need somebody to follow, and follow me <3 Thanks in advance, im cheering for each and everyone of you already ;)
