So I tried this once before and am going to attempt it again. Last time I didn't really reach out to anyone and didn't hear from anyone else. I have around 100lbs to lose and am constantly busy. I've been maintaining the same weight but can't seem to get it to drop regardless of what I eat, or don't eat. My biggest thing is I want to go to the gym in the morning before work but I hate getting up early. Any tips on that? I look forward to getting back on this journey and to meeting some people with the same struggles.
