i only have 20 minutes in the morning and work out with my yoga mat at home doing some various ab exercises and lunges but I don't think I'm making the of my twenty minutes and is twenty minutes too little to achieve results? I'm a decent runner but cardio hasn't given me the definition or weight loss im looking for ... So what should I start with? If anyone has an experience that worked for them please share! Also I'm not into insanity or p90x ... Hopefully that's not a deal breaker!

Lots of workouts and programs - you can try a different one every day, or pick a set with variety for the week, lots of variety and bodyweight mixed in with cardio or hiit, whatever you are seeking:

mountain climbers and burpees... jump rope... IF you are looking for more defined muscles you will find that in the kitchen... remove the chub under the skin and the muscles will surface

Sculpting your body is going to require resistance training. Losing weight is largely about your diet...if exercise was for weight loss then why would people like me who want to maintain do so much of it? Where weight management is concerned, exercise is meaningless in the absence of monitoring your diet and calories...you can workout all you want, but if you don't eat in a deficit you won't lose a pound. Exercise is for fitness.

Try P&G's 7 Minute Workout App. The customized workout allows user feedback to give you a workout for your fitness level and allows you to challenge yourself as you get more fit. It goes for about 20 minutes. Sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. No equipment needed and it has a video library showing the user how to do each exercise.

Fitnessblender.com has some great workouts, and they have lots of short ones.

The charlotte Geordie shore workout, Davina McCall videos and 30 day shred (all on YouTube) are amazing!

It depends on your goals. Almost every home workout works if you put your maximum effort into it. If you half-*kitten* the greatest program, you'll look the same.

I'll second that. Great site, loaded with free workouts. Use their handy search feature to narrow your search by time, equipment, upper/lower body, abs, etc. Good stuff.
