Well losing weight actually is way easier than people think, the only hard part is to stay focused on your objectives.

    1. You need to plan out what you want to do.
Are you only looking to lose weight or put muscle aswell? If you only want to lose weight the best way is to monitorate your diet and to stay in a caloric deficit

    2. Exercise, you dont actually need to do tons of it, yes its good for your health but only up to a point.
You see, Cardio is not actually making you lose weight its just an instrument people uses to burn more alories that allows then to eat that desired snack or make a bigger deficit.

The higher the caloric deficit the more weight you will lose, but having a very big deficit x day can be dangerous if done for a long period.

Check your doctors or start with a small changes like losing 0.5-0.7kg x week

    Hope i helped you,
    Cheers Patrick ^^

I'd recommend starting with some of the stickied posts at the top of each forum.

    or this one:

The stickied posts tend to caintain very good information and resources on how to effectively address your questions. If that fails, starting a thread like this one is a great way to get information and advice.
