Hehehe Hi MFP people!

I'm Patrick, one of the thousands of new people here. I'm 174cm tall and i currently weight 70kg, with a BFP of 18-25% (im not sure i dont have any way to measure it) i come from Italy and I'm interested in meeting people who have experience or are willing to share their experience in bodybuilding/powerlifting

My story:
I started going to the gym this summer with one of my old friends, at that point my only target was to be more appealing to girls (hey as long as it gives you a reason to start whatever it is, its great), dont get me wrong im not fat but im not having visible abs either.
At that time i had no interest on the diet and i did not think it can influence your training soo much! So basically i ate (A LOT) i did not gain fat, but i gained quite some muscle... my bench press, squat and strenght overall jumped big time.
When i started i had trouble to bench 2kg (per part) and at the end of the summer i benched 20kg (per part, only 3 reps at most).
Unfortunately then i had to stop because i moved to a new place and i pretty much lost all my gains.
Only 3 weeks ago i started to go to the gym again, alone this time, so no experienced friend to push you and challenge yourself with, i've felt the strenght lose and the difference in weights.
The only good part is that in those months i documented myself more about exercises and overall things to do and things to not.
After a few researches i found out what i wanna do and i set my current goal to lower my BFP down to 12% (with my calculation should take me between 3 and 4 months) and then start a lean bulk process.

Then there is also an advantage beginners have; When you start working out, no matter what weight you lift or what you do you will end up putting some muscles.
Yeah its not a great amount but its better than nothing..
Now things have changed i dont care anymore of others opinion i just wanna achieve the best form possible of myself.

So that was my story and my targets, fell free to add me so we can share experience and knowledge or simply motivate each other.

Thanks, and sorry for a never ending presentation.

Have a great day,
Patrick ;)
