Low sodium, high protein ideas

Looking for ideas for foods that are low in sodium but high in protein. I have trouble meeting my protein goals daily, but when I do get there, my sodium intake is through the roof. Currently, I have no blood pressure issues, but it does run in my family, so I'd like to stay under my max intake of sodium.

Chicken. If you want meat without as much sodium you can't use the deli or canned items. Cook your own meat.

Cook your own meat. Avoid canned products. (Choose frozen or fresh vegetables and dried beans instead.) Avoid processed meals. The more you cook from scratch, the better your sodium intake wil be.

I have the same issue. We make most meals from scratch and watch sodium, etc. I've been using orgain protein powder with ice (150 calories) as a snack in addition to almond butter, meat, egg whites, and hummus to get my protein intake up.
