Hi,
I'm interested in helping to motivate a few people with a change they're struggling with. I have some ideas on how to do this, based on what's worked for me so far, and am open on hearing other peoples' thoughts. Does anyone need some motivation help? Interested in giving it a shot? I'll be very on top of things to help you along with decisions each day. Feel free to reach out to me.
Cheers,
Ash

I haven't been feeling too motivated lately, but honestly I don't know how good of a commitment I can make to working on some of your ideas, but willing to hear what you've got0

Well im defiantly not motivated at all this morning. I have been working my butt off the past 7 days on 30 day shred. I did a weigh in today and gained a lb. I lost more weight doing nothing. So im a bit annoyed today.0

That's great! I need a lot of motivation. I have 20 pounds to lose. I started two weeks ago, was doing fine, then there were two birthday parties, a family get together with distant relatives, two graduation parties. It's really difficult to stay on track. I try to walk 30 minutes at least every other day. I have fibromyalgia, so it's difficult to get motivated to do any exercise at all. Any input or help would be appreciated! Thanks.0

Hey all,
Thanks for the responses. So I've been experimenting with some things that have been helping me quite a bit. Personally, I wanted to change the little decisions I was making on a day-to-day basis, provide some positive thoughts to myself throughout the day, and I've had intermittent interaction with coaches who give me programming--so they hold me accountable. I've got to say these things have worked for me more than I thought they would. I've felt more confident and by making better decisions most of the time, it's made a difference.
So, if you guys are interested in giving it a shot, I'd like to try some of the things with anyone up for it. And Im open to your feedback and thoughts on what you think might work. We'll need to connect at some point via email or private message or something to figure it out more. Feel free to send me a note at ashton0404 at hotmail dot com.
