Started my calorie control diet and loving it

Im so new to this, any help/advice and support would be fantastic :)
I was always very thin naturally i worked out and the weight melted off me i was very lucky, then I had a baby and major surgery I piled the weight on because I couldn't be very active anymore and I was using quick and easy foods so I could focus on my new little bundle of joy.
