At 40, around divorce time, I found the motivation to work out hard and be on a strict eating plan, and was able to get fit. With stress and anxiety over the past 5 years, however, my health has gotten out of control. I need to get back to the basics...exercise, eating right, sleeping enough, and just generally take care of myself.0

Okay as someone who will be 49 next month I understand. Trying to stay motivated can be difficult but you can do it. I log just about every day weekends little difficult I tend to eat less because I'm so busy. During the week much easier. I work in the evening so I workout in the morning. I do strength training w free weights, yoga and Pilates. You can add me as a friend, we can share more and you can meet others.0
