Smoothies
I bought new smoothie blender not that long ago and I'm looking for some tasty, healthy ideas. My favourite so far are smoothies with natural yoghurt for breakfast. I'm in love with blueberries, bananas and yoghurt morning drink.
How about you guys? Any ideas?

You can add some protein to it. I started using Slender Blend. I can honestly say the results are pretty amazing!0

I use Orgain Protein Almond Milk. The lightly sweetened version is 90 cal 6g sugar 10g protein.
I've switched to the unsweetened version and it's 60 cal 1g sugar 10g protein.
My favorite mix is banana, almond butter, cinnamon and Orgain almond milk.
You can definitely mix up the flavored a bit! I like adding cacao powder. So good! Or using peanut butter instead of almond milk. Blueberries added are good too!1 -
I really like using defatted peanut butter in my smoothies, both for flavor and for added protein.
My favorite smoothie is ~1/2c frozen cherries, 6T PB2, ~1/2c plain greek yogurt, handful of greens
Comes out to about 250 calories of pure goodness.1 -
Pineapple, banana, orange is my favorite smoothie flavor.1

I will try versions with peanut butter for sure!DaisyHamilton wrote: »Pineapple, banana, orange is my favorite smoothie flavor.
Pineapple fresh, canned or frozen pieces?0 -
I like frozen fruit because you don't have to add ice. My favorite so far has been clementine, vanilla almond milk, and banana. Tastes like a creamsicle to me.
Edit: I also really like avocado, mint, and chocolate protein powder.2 -
1 banana
5 to 6 strawberries
Half a mango
100ml milk
Half cup of Greek yogurt

1 tea spoon peanut butter

Here's a link to a sweet potato pie flavored smoothie that I have for breakfast occasionally that is really filling and turns out thick and really good. Can be used for breakfast or a filling snack http://pin.it/bdp8UKr0
