When to work out?

I usually try and get my workouts in towards the end of the day... Would it be smarter to workout before I eat dinner or after?

You workout whenever you want, it's all personal preference.2

Whenever you have time. As long as you are well rested and have had food in your belly, I say its a good time to workout.0

I work out where it fits my schedule. Since I'm a swimmer, I don't like to eat for a good 2 - 2.5 hours before I swim. Lately I've been having success fitting in my swim over my lunch hour and then eating a salad afterwards at my desk0

I like to workout in the morning for sure and if i have extra energy at night time i might even do a second workout. Before a meal is what i like or an hour or two after eating a meal. I don't like working out with foot heavy in my stomach. But thats just me, its all about personal preference0

The question is when NOT to workout.
The answer is give yourself recovery days, but otherwise whenever you feel like it.1
