Hi there! :flowerforyou:

Usually my breakfast is in the 300-400 range, and I typically have two of the following:

- a smoothie with fruit and greek yogurt
- a Kashi frozen waffle with nut butter and sliced banana
- a Kashi frozen waffle with cream cheese and sliced strawberries
- a cup of dry cereal (right now I've got Special K fruit and yogurt)
- egg/egg whites with veggies

For example, this morning, I opted for the smoothie and ceral. Does anyone have suggestions of other semi-quick things I could add to my "go-to"s for busy work mornings?

Instant oatmeal is super quick & easy!! I keep some at my desk at work so I have something on hand at all times.

I do a cup of fat free cottage cheese with 1/2 cup seasonal fruit. Low cal, but high protein to stay full longer.

I like having a high fiver/ high protein whole wheat wrap with natural PB and half a banana. It is super filling and gives me a lot of energy. If I'm really craving something sweet then sometimes I drizzle just a little bit of agave nectar or honey on it. Just a drop is all you need. Keeps me full past lunch time usually.

Breakfast burritos - so many options just with that!
Egg and cheese and veggie sandwich
sprouted grain toast with avocado, garlic and salt
Pancakes or muffins made with flaxseed, rolled oats, nuts and lots of berries and/or banana! Yum!

Here a few of my quick breakfasts:

-1/2 whole wheat English muffin 1 tbsp 2% cottage cheese (add some sliced strawberries, yum)
-Fat free yogurt with 1 tbsp dried oatmeal and fruit of choice mixed together

I also make smoothies and add 1-2 tbsp ground flax seeds.
