TUESDAY 6/28 MINI CHALLENGE = SQUATS!

Tuesday = 150+ (or add 30 to your previous best?) SQUATS!
To log, 5 sets or less = calestenics, otherwise strength training.
Example:

Level 1 = against a wall (can use an exercise ball or towel to slide down wall)
Level 2 = air squat
Level 3 = with weights
Sets of 20-30 and you can break them up!

At least post how many you could do, even if you only get to 40, we all have to start somewhere

Just completed the 150...can't do anymore today as my legs feel like jello!0 -
Done!! i threw in a extra ten and made it 160! my legs are gonne be sore on that one! i did 60 w/o weights and 60 with a 8lb weight! yay!!0

I did 113 so not quite to the "goal" but I am pleased! I was so warn out from them that I didn't even turn on my computer to post it?!0
