You can do it. I manage to stay under 1500 mg sodium most every day. I actually find it's easy to keep a low calorie total if I focus on keeping a low sodium total. I am fond of a certain hot pickle, only one gives me 300 mg sodium. I arrange my day of eating to leave 300 under my 1500 limit at the end of the day so I can have a pickle.
Also, keeping your sodium intake steady from day to day is a great way to avoid the wild swings of weight as the body takes up and releases water in response to changing sodium intake levels. No Salt is your friend.0 -
@fromthelittlelane I found by cutting out all processed foods I had to start adding salt so you may want to look at the processed food/drink and see if you can replace some with unprocessed food/drink.0
