Advice

Hi everyone!

I'm fairly new to this app. Unfortunately I've lost weight and currently I'm at 114lbs (underweight.) I'm trying to get too 120lbs for now and hopefully by the end of the year get back too 125lbs. I do lift weight's 5 days a week and from what it looks like I have to intake 2,520 calories per day in order to reach my goal. Since I started my journey with this weight gain I have been eating peanut butter, oatmeal, fish, almonds, more chicken, yogart, eggs and whey protein. Any Advice on what other foods I should be eating in order to gain weight?

You are listing a lot of foods that would be considered "whole" or "clean". You might need to consider breaking away from that mentality and eating things like ice cream or burgers.

I'm a big fan of french fries... in massive quantities. The curlier, the better. Best if dipped in mayonnaise.

Anyway, that's my favorite high calorie snack.

I'd add some cheese to that and maybe some bacon and ranch dressing.
