    Those are great! I actually had one of them as my quote on my profile. "A year from now, you'll wish you had started today". I never realized how true that statement was until I sat and thought about how many times over the years I had wished I started a year prior. I won't make the same mistake again. This time next year, I will have been maintaining my new self for months.

    I can't thank you all enough for posting these. I have been struggling to get myself started and the weight just isn't coming off. I am saving these to reflect on when I am feeling down and discouraged.
