Hi I JUST STARTED A FEW DAYS AGO AND I WEIGHED MYSELF THIS MORNING AND I LOST SOME WEIGHT. OF CORSE IT WILL VARY THROUGH THE WEEK SO THAT'S WHY THEY SUGGEST YOU ONLY WEIGH YOURSELF ONCE A WEEK AND TRY TO MAKE IT THE SAME TIME OF DAY, PREFERRABLY MORNING.0

I weigh myself every couple of days. My scale breaks it down to 1/10 of a pound so every little bit is motivation. You have to be careful though...if it goes up any you have to think about water weight and everything instead of just wanting to give up!0

I was doing it everyday (before my kids broke my scale lol) but even though I weighed everyday I would only log my weight once a week.
the everyday was for my peace of mind0 -
I like to weigh myself once a week...every Sunday morning, first thing, before I've consumed anything.0

I weigh in once a week, before I eat or drink anything and after I use the bathroom.0

Once per month: two or three days after my period. If I weigh too often I get frustrated by fluctuations!

Right on! Looks like your soo close to your weight goal. Good job!0 -
I weigh myself everyday. My scale also does the 1/10 on the scale and it is motivational for me. To some people it gets discouraging.0

Hi,
I weight myself once a week, that why I can measure my weightloss better.

I weigh everyday. (and I use two different scales) The Wii Fit one seems to vary the most though! I am also very irregular so whenever my weight climbs a tiny bit, I blame it on that. The good thing is that as long as I am eating right and exercising, I just take the word of the lower scale. This week I have seen 203 (an amazingly low weight after being 220 for so many years and not being able to budge it). AND THE WII FIT weighed me at 201.5. Regardless of how accurate it is with fluctuations, I find it nice to see the smaller numbers even if they don't stay that way. I know it's gonna come and stay stable, and it's motivational to just SEE the low numbers!0

I weigh once a week (sometimes I cheat in between but I never log it)
But... Monday morning before consuming anything and after going to the bathroom, I weigh myself..always naked :blushing:

i weigh myself a couple of times a day. (every time i am naked)
first thing in AM, preworkout, post workout, post shower, pre jammies. :grumble: :grumble:
it's amazing how i can lose/gain lbs just by taking a shower, going pee, or lifting my breasts!
i would love a 1/10 scale!
