    Thanks! I just started running and was thinking my goal of being able to run for 3 straight miles by September was going to be too much. Now...I think I can get it done! :happy:

    Thanks for sharing. I think the fake-it-til-you-make-it is the biggest tip. I've had to do that with some of my training so far. We get stuck on this mindset that "I can't do that." But we really can.
