    Those BEFORE pictures are so important!! The progress is slow, and tedious; but now everyone can see the difference this lifestyle change has made. You look great; imagine how much better and easier it's going to get!! Can you imagine loading a backpack up with the weight you've lost, and toting that around 24/7? No wonder you have so much more energy now, than you had then!!

    Great job!! Keep going, it's only going to get easier.

    Good Job! Way to go! When you see the numbers decreasing when you get on the scale it makes you get that much more motivated to stay on task to reach your weight loss goal. YOU LOOK GREAT!

    When you have so much weight to lose 45lbs doesn't seem like much I realize. take it from someone who has lost 174lbs and still needs to lose an additional 60 to hit my 210 Goal Weight. You look amazing. You are doing a great job and before you know it those 45lbs will be 90 and then you won't recognize that old you. I PROMISE! Keep up the great work! I think its clever to put a cucumber on your forehead....at least they aren't talking about the zit? Right? LOL God Bless and keep up the great work!
