    I'm 50 and never been this fat! Been hiding under clothes all winter and now can't! Time to shed some timber I reckon!

    I'm not 50 but have just been diagnosed as starting the menopause. Finding it hard to lose weight!! Lost over a stone, but the rest won't shift
