If you liked the format of the 30DS you'll like Ripped in 30. I'm doing that now.

Do you have any of her other dvds?

I plan on doing her 30 day slimdown when i've finished the shred but im substituting banish fat boost metabolism for her 6 week 6 pack dvd as I dont really like bfbm and i'd like to concentrate on my abs.

Also once i've done the slimdown i have got Chalean Extreme to do which i've heard good things about

I started seeing results after level 1.
    My stomach was more defined.
Around the end of level 2 and beginning of level 3 I
seen more muscle in my legs and arms.
    I highly recommend the workout.

I am doing the ripped in 30 next, it is 10 minutes longer then the shred. I also want to start the 6 week 6 pack. I bought zumba for wii. I want to do it all, so i might just mix it up. the Shred hasnt workout out too well for me, since doing it i only dropped 3 lbs in 4 weeks. I was hoping for more. before it i was dropping 2 lbss a week doing bowflex and some cardio. I stopped to see it the shred would work.

Either one of Jillians videos ripped in 30 or no more trouble zones. Yoga meltdown and 6 week 6 pack are great workouts too!

If you like Jillian, ripped in 30 is great. As is shred it with weights (kettlebell) 6 week 6 pack and she has a yoga that is pretty good too!

What are your goals? I am c urrently doing p90x. I love it and am getting great results. Insanity is also awesome! Chalene Extreme is a great one as well, the workouts are not quite as long as the Insanity and p90x. All will result in weight loss and muscle tone and definition if you follow them and stick to your good nutrition.

If you liked the 30DS then, you'll like Ripped in 30. Both are shorter workouts that give you great results. I am getting ready to start 6 weeks to 6 pack next and have already done the No More Trouble Zones. I have been happy with all of the JM workouts I've done so far. Good luck to you!!

I agree you should try Ripped in 30
When you are ready to go to a higher level do insanity (don't buy it on AMazon though I got ripped off there)

This morning, I ordered 30 DS, No More Trouble Zones, and Ripped in 30, to use along side Insanity. I can't wait for them to come in the mail. I plan to rotate the Jillian dvds, I also have Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism.

I just looked up the Insanity workout online - they have a little preview of the DVD. WOW. Insanity is a good name for it but it does look interesting! How many DVDs are there total?

    Love Insanity!

But buyer beware- Buy it off the Beachbody website. Heard way to many complaints about disks not working etc from Amazon

Well first off congrats on being so close to completing the 30DS!! I did that and then tried JM's Ripped in 30 dvd. WOW...what a difference. Ripped in 30 kicked my butt! LOL! She is seriously a meanie in that dvd, but it is a killer workout. You can get the dvd at Target btw. Good luck with whatever you decide on :)

    Yep - I sure do.

I guess I was under the impression that OP was asking what video would be good to follow up 30 day shred. Maybe I'm wrong - should have jumped in there and told her to go run outside, or go to the gym and lift weights. My bad.
