What things are you eating? What is your diet? You should open up your diary so people can help you. Calorie dense foods are helpful, like a bagel with lots of peanut butter on it. Butter, oils, almonds, chocolate, ice cream, cookies.1

Another vote for eating calorie dense foods. Nuts are great, flavoured tuna contains more calories than normal tuna, and you could go with a higher carb/calorie protein shake.2

How do I open up a diary? I'm pretty new to this so still trying to figure out things. I'm usually a healthy eater, rarely eat cookies or sweets but thinking maybe I need too since I'm trying to gain weight instead of lose right?0

A PB&J sandwich can be easily over 500 kcal. At least if you make it right it is.2

why cant you eat this 1000 at one time b4 bed, is it so hard? you have goal, and go to bed with 1000 kcal remaining, that sounds awful.0

Go to your home page, select "settings" from the menu bar, select "diary settings", at the bottom set diary sharing to public.2

Mixa4u, I can't eat too much in just one sitting otherwise I get really sick. And I am always in bed at least by 11 after working all day and chasing 3 yr Olds around.

Here is a list of high calorie foods and drinks. You just need to modify what you are eating.2 -
Eat higher impact foods.0

Try incorporating a mass gaining shake about an hour before bed (Serious Mass / Pro Gainer - 2 cups milk, 1 Banana, One Scoop Protein). Typically a slow digesting shake to continue to get to work throughout the night. Also, maybe more meals every 3-4 hours so the overload in one sitting doesn't pose as a problem (I tend to get sick). I know how hard it is to figure out how to hit those goals by the night time without having to eat every two seconds. Meal Plan and High Calorie Shake is my advice :-) Hope this post is helpful in some way!0
