    I'm with you here. I'm aiming to lose two stone! I've get to 12 stone in two years and if love to get back to 10!

    My goal weight is 10 stone too, so that I can have a buffer of between 10 and 10 and a half stone! Last time I weighed I had 2 and a half stone to go :(
