hi can't believe how hard it is to stop eating

    Omg, don't stop eating. These limited calories have forced me back to foods that satisfy for longer periods of time. Find high fiber fruits, vegetables, grains, & beans and then be very active about finding a variety of recipes to diversify your meals. Don't get (exceedingly) hungry; snacks help. That said, you will feel pissed at times when you just need/want more. I swear by the apple, almonds, green tea (no sweetener) combo to take the edge off of intense hunger.

    thanks guys much appreciated ...to be honest the way I find trying to keep me motivated is by body shaming myself .(I have taken a photo of myself showing what I have done to myself)..sounds extreme and might not work for everyone but when I see that it upsets me and I forget about going over my daily calorie count...
