Hi, new to my fitness pal. Can anyone give me tips on how to keep motivated on eating healthier?

I find that thinking on how my future is going to benefit from what i do now to be helpful.0

Comes more from the inside. For me, it works best if there is a family event or something that I want to surprise people on how I stayed fit. It does help to have a friend base here because you gain a familiarity with their struggles and successes.0

The best motivation for me was seeing the change. Set yourself a realistic goal. And then be like Nike and JUST DO IT !!
When you get that I don't want to exercise or I will just eat this small portion of something not really good for you feeling........CHECK YOURSELF !!! You already know what needs to be done and your on the right track.
Everyone relapses, we all get lazy, we all like our tasty foods0
