Getting started again after pregnancy

Hi everyone, I am looking for motivation. I lost 40lbs on MFP right before I got pregnant. My baby is now 9 months old. I did very well with my weight while pregnant and actually craved/wanted healthy foods. I did not return to work after having the baby, and my job was in a day care so I was up and moving most of the day we also took the kids out for walks every day so I was able to get in some activity.
Now that I am home, I havnt been on a routine or strict schedule as I was when I worked. I am also home more and with the cold weather some days stayed in the house for days at a time (also adjusting to being a first time mom
now that the weather is getting nice I have been trying to get out for walks.
I am having trouble with snacking and craving sweets latley and when Im home all day I want to just snack and eat more.
I really would love some motivation to begin again and I have fear of gaining weight back to where I was before
I hate the guilty feeling I have after eating if it's not a good choice.
If anyone can help or is also in a similiar situation i'd love some suggestions.
Thank you!

Fourth time losing the baby weight, and staying home with kiddos. It is difficult to be home where the food is. Lol.
My tools for coping is logging what I plan to eat ahead of time. Exercising in the morning, right after coffee and kids are fed. I don't eat breakfast except coffee because I don't like to exercise on a full tummy. I exercise at home because it's easier with little ones. They get screen time during.
I try not to wait too long after exercising before eating because then I end up binge eating.
Then I just had to choose to be strict to my rules.0 -
Im a first time mother of a 4 month old and lost 45 pounds doong shakeology and slim in 6. Now i exercise a lot more by just taking baby for long walks every day and trying to fit in workout dvds. Its not easy with a young one and im still far from a healthy weight. If you like to be friends, add me and we can support and maybe challenge each other .
good luck either way!
