if it's MFP's built in default of 15% absolutely nothing wrong. I have mine increased to 35% as a goal, which has me having 175 grams of protein a day if I actually reached the goal.0

in my opinion not bad at all, again in my opinion the only real worry is going over sugar0

It's actually good to go over on protein if you're using MFP's default, which is too low at 15% of total calories. A better range is 20-35%; go with the higher end if you're doing any strength training.
You can customize your macro percentages and micros by going to My Home>>Goals>>Change Goals>>Custom. Save your changes. I recommend increasing your protein and decreasing carbs and/or fat. Increase fiber to 25-30g and lower the sodium. 1800mg is best but some people find that very hard so aim for less than 2300mg and try to work your way down.0 -
I wouldn't do more than half a gram per lb you weigh. Do some reasearch. Too much of anything is bad for you.0

If you don't have liver and kidney problems, it's no problem. If you are doing a lot of exercise, especially weights, it may be a good idea to do it. The default numbers are pretty low, so you may want to go in and adjust them.
Protein does not convert to fat, so any excess is flushed by your body. Unless you have those liver or kideny problems I mentioned.0 -
Something to consider is that women often do very well on a lowER carb/ higher protein diet. Not that you shouldn't eat carbs, but as we are trying to tone muscle protein is a great way to do it. I've changed my carb and protein to 40 % each...it is very difficult for me to get 40% protein but I am noticing a change in my body! You have to find what works for you, but I would say NO WORRIES for going over some on your protein0

I wouldn't pay much attention to people that don't give you any numbers. To say excess just flushes out your system is similar to saying you can drink as much water as you want. Granted, people tend not to overdo water, but it is possible. Look it up.0
