What kind is best? Soy milk, almond milk, skim milk, rice milk?

    A lot of people have allergies to Milk and don;t even know it. You may want to try to get off anything from cow's milk for 2 weeks and see how you feel. I personally love coconut milk and almond milk. Soy is a bit sketchy with all the things in the media so I use it sparingly and I just don't like the taste of rice milk. I no longer use cow's milk at all for anything as it makes my sinuses clogged, starts coughing spells and makes me wheeze. Additionally I have noticed that the scale will not budge if I have had anything with cow's milk in it!

    almond milk is great, there is a lot of new research on soy which is indicating that it can have many harmful effects so I stay away from it.

    Though cow's milk has a low glycemic index, it causes a large insulin reaction (according to 4-Hour Body anyway), so it may end up making you crave carbs. For that reason, having cow's milk with a bit of fat in it (i.e., not skim) might help you not get hungry so fast. For protein shakes, I like unsweetened almond milk.

    i think they are all good. it wont really make a big difference, so don't sweat it
