It's really not possible, to lose 22lbs in one month is incredibly bad for you. I would aim for 5kg a month. To lose 1lbs you need to have a 3500 calorie deficit1

Running the numbers:
- 20 kg = ~ 44 lbs.
- 61 days between today and July 14.
- =1/3 kg per DAY, or 5/7 lbs per day. Or 2.3 kg per week/5.05 lbs per week.
One pound of fat equals 3,500 calories, so for a weekly loss of even 2.2 pounds, or one kilogram, plan a 1100-calorie deficit daily over a period of seven days. Can you do it? Your call.

5.5 pounds per week? Nope. Pick a reasonable goal and see where you end up in two months. Best wishes2
