Hit my 1st (of many) goals today....

I lost my first 10 pounds today....still have to that about 13 more times before I'm to goal but I'm doing it, feeling pretty positive about this and looking forward to the benefits of getting fit/healthy!

It feels so good to hit first goal..the feeling gets better as you hit each goal0

Cool! Remember to reset your weight loss goals on MFP settings from time to time. As you lose you have to reduce your calories as you don't burn as many carrying around that extra weight. It's the bad part of losing, you have to eat less to make the same rate of progress. The positive, you can exercise with less burden and see improvements there too.1
