Hey my name is Jewell, and I'm 40yrs old. I'm raising my cousin's baby, I've had him from 2weeks old. My girls are grown, and my oldest has made me a happy mamaw. I have a lot of medical issues, like fibromyalgia, arthritis and glaucoma. I lost my mom of 73 yrs old Jan. 15th 2016. This has been one of the hardest things I've ever done. I lost her to lung cancer. So I made some promises to her on her death bed. Me taking care of my step dad, and my love monster. The sun rises and set in his butt, to my mama. So I need some real good motivators, bc I hurt so bad everyday. I need to loose 116lbs... plz Lord let me do this... thanks and God bless

    Sorry to hear about your loss. I can only imagine your pain. Just know God is able to give you peace and comfort beyond all understanding.

    I'm also new and if anyone who is positive, encouraging, without drama and perversion is wanting to add me, please feel free. I have 200lbs I need to lose and don't have time to entertain anything that will hinder my progress.

    I understand I've got grown up issuse, not high school...lol well I can give a lot of support.... and yes I know God is so amazing, very amazing... I know she is with him bc she prayed her way into heaven... I just miss her so much... but anyways let's get some motivation going on... is there any challenges you like to try or already trying? I'm doing one where you log so many times in so many days...

    Sorry for your Loss. God is with you. I have osteo arthritis have had my right knee replaced three times in three years because of it. I use Regenicare from Univera and it really helps with inflimation so that I can workout. Sometimes Ice packs helps as well. Challenge yourself to move a little more each day. Start by taking a ten minute walk the first day or join a anytime fitness gym and ride there elipitical bike and lift weights start slow and conitune to build at your own speed

    Thanks so much... I do Leslie sansone give mile walk at home, my three yr old does it with me...lol my niece just had a baby and she does it sometimes... when it gets more that I can bare I sit down until the pain eases off I've only gotten up to two miles but anything helps I really like doing it at home that way that I can have the baby with me and she can have her baby with her and we don't have to worry about dogs are other animals like snakes or what not but we do make fun of each other and enjoy ourselves
