I'm trying to gain muscle weight. I'm 5'5 and currently weight 120. I want to weight 135 but I want to be toned and fit. Workout plans and meals are welcomed! Thanks!!

Eat a meal before bed and workout every other day so that your muscles recover and become stronger. Remember to eat alot and avoid fatty stuff.1

Below are a list of workout programs. Set your mfp account to gain .5lbs per week and monitor intake over a month. And make adjustments based on a 4 week average. Or use a tdee calculator.
