Walking and activity level

I've recently started walking more after a long period of rest. I'm walking between 1 and 2 hours a day, moderate pace of 2.6mi/h on average. If I keep doing it can I just switch to lightly active instead or would this be too much?
How much walking at that speed would be needed to switch to lightly active and stop manually entering the walks? (I don't want to enter them forever if I can)

If you're currently set to sedentary, go log 1 hour of walking at 2.5 MPH. Write down the calorie number that MFP gives you and add it to your current daily goal. Then go in and change your activity level to lightly active. Compare your new daily goal to the number you got when adding the walk to your sedentary goal. If it is higher than that number, I wouldn't change activity levels. If it's equal to or lower than it, I'd change the activity level.

Keep it at sedentary If you have a fitbit or other tracker that syncs with MFP, MFP will make the needed calorie adjustments. Otherwise, enter anything over 5000 steps a day as added exercise. Keep up the good work!
