I had been struggling with weight for years..and it is really getting out of hand now.. i wanna stop feeeling tired and in pain everyday. My weight issues got worse when i had that accident 5 years ago..i have broken ligament in one knee and 2 slip disc in my back. Exercise is extremely hard for me mostly because of the pain. But i do wanna lose weight and feel less heavy..help me!!

Start tracking everything you eat her in MFP if you aren't doing so already. You can lose with minimal physical activity. Do whatever you can within the limitations to move more, even if it's arm circles while sitting etc. most weight loss occurs by food choices and not by exercise.
As you lose weight, you may feel like you can build up your activity level. Hang in there, you can do this!!1
