What if a "Matched" item in your recipe is wrong?

I am making Carroll Shelby's Chili Kit Without salt or masa.
MFP matched it with the exact title. No salt or Masa, however when I scrolled down it showed sodium at over 3,600mg.
But, I didn't use the salt! Looking at the box the ingredients listed for it does show the salt and Masa but, those are packaged separately.
So how do I subtract the sodium?

See if you can find it online? I don't know what that is... Is it a box kit or something? If it's not an actual recipe you may not be able to. If you can, go to add new recipe and edit out what you didn't use. Otherwise just go to add new food and take out however much salt you didn't use.

Is this a packaged food you found in the database or a recipe you entered the ingredients for in the recipe builder?
If it is a packaged food look for a different database entry or correct it/enter your own based on the label of your package.
If it is a recipe in the recipe builder check that all of the ingredients are correct. Sometimes it will match the wrong thing.

I take it you already finished the recipe? I'd redo it again imo to make sure I didn't forget at some point and forget not to account for it. Otherwise if you know you'll remember, I'd just make a mental note.
