Hello everyone I'm new here. Trying to get healthy. I need to loose adlest 100lbs. I'm trying to eat healthier and change my life. I'm a 38 year young woman. I'm also a Nurse with a very busy schedule so one day at a time. I don't have any friends on here yet but I'd love the support from you all!

    Get it get it get it!! Congrats on your decision. It's all about eating. Pre make your food. Serious take 3 hours on a Sunday to cook for 4 days or something shoot even all 7. Log EVERYTING that goes in your system. even if it makes you feel uncomfortable. I learned the scanner is way badass. Quick and easy. Then push yourself on a workout. If u work graves, do it right when u get off. Push yourself. If u can barley stay awake on the way there good. You'll use all your reserve energy and burn calories while you sleep :) anyway I hope you succeed. I'm looking to drop 40 my self
