you can do this! Take it as a daily approach and focus on the goal. Make a daily goal if that helps ... You will find small accomplishments lead to bigger ones! I'm rooting for you! I'm rooting for everyone to succeed.0 -

and full disclosure I take Metformin 3 pills daily for my diabetes.
(Trust me-that isn't what has taken the weight off-it's really less calories in then out-but some folks thinks it helps. I have 2 friends on it with no diet change and no weight loss)0 -
