This is a smoothie that I have for breakfast on my detox.

Here is a great smoothie that I had for breakfast. It took me all morning to drink.
8 oz soy plain yogurt
8 oz plain soy milk
1.5 cup frozen or fresh berries
1 tbls flax seed
Blend it and drink. It was really filling and it has
287 calories
8g fat
1.1 sat fat
0mg chol
10g fiber
10g protein
48g carb
80mg sodium
serving size is 2.5 cups
gluten free
dairy free
egg free
vegetarian

    I guess I'm unfamiliar with non-dairy yogurt...where did you find it? The smoothie sounds great, though! I'm excited to try it!
    I got it at whole foods. They may carry it in regular grocery stores.
