Basically I'm an accidental lax paelo
Celiac and can't handle dairy kinda let itself to a diet much higher in protein/ fats and lower in carbs.
Still super new to this diet plan but it's killing my training especially in mornings if any cardio is involved. I don't eat major carbs until second snack 3pm ish and dinner even then it's about 100gr cooked gluten free oats and dinner 150gr sweet potato/black rice/ quinoa

Just wondering if anyone has done similar while training and how long it took for your body to adapt to burning fat as energy, if it helped you lose BF not weight BF

Macros are around
140-160gr protein
60-80gr fat
120 gr carbs ( varies depends on long run day)!

    How intense is your training?

Training for half marathon so that's taken over a lot 4/5 days cardio 1 long run a week 16-25km 3 days intervals
    Split training some days
Weight train 3-4 times a week full body session
    Deadlift BW
    Squat 80% BW
    Various other heavy ish lifts.
So basically in every day bar Wednesday
1 day is easier cardio only
