    need motivation
Forget the idea of motivation - it's volatile and not particularly useful anyway. Determination, realistic expectations, persistence, consistency, honesty and reliable measuring of intake and progress, is a lot more helpful.

to get back on the wagon
Instead of going on and off wagons, aim to create a new healthy lifestyle, a way of eating, moving and living that you enjoy and gives you good health at the same time!

    and kick this sugar addiction!!!
You aren't really addicted to sugar - there's sugar in lots of foods, also "healthy foods" like fruit, vegetables and dairy, but some foods are manufactured to be hyperpalatable, easily digested and not very nutritious, and associated with celebration, comfort, relaxation, freedom and fun, and therefore hard to moderate for a lot of people (not everybody). Some people prefer to not have those "trigger" foods available, at home/every day, others enjoy small amounts often. You have to figure out what's best for you.

    Any helpful tips welcome!!
Is 7 pounds all you have to lose? That's nothing. That's my maintenance range. Maybe it's time to decide that it's enough, stop listening to the voices that tell you that you should be a little slimmer, and instead enjoy being in your healthy and able body.

Ummmm no... I want to loose 15-20.... probably 7 when I started... stress eating is biggest problem.... and the fact that my kids are older and involved in hundreds of activities which makes meals tough. Need to get up and workout in am, give up on trying to get workout I'm during the days/ evening.... thanks this is all great advice. Eyes on the prize!!
