Hi,
I am emotional/binge eater. I just wandering when do you know that to much is to much? I am only just overweight but my diet is terrible.

    Log your food. If you go over your daily , it's too much. However, that does not solve the root of your problems.

    When you're feeling emotional, and you recognize it's happening, try to redirect your energies. For me, running and hitting the gym is my saving grace. For others, I've heard cleaning their house, playing with a pet, talking to a friend or family member, or landscaping/gardening. And of course (this should go without saying) seek professional help if you feel this goes beyond something you can handle on your own.
