Anyone doing the insanity workout???

Hey I'm Rachel I'm 24 and I'm wanting to start the insanity workout. Is there anyone else doing it or going to start it? It would be awesome to do it with someone. We could help each other to stay on track. It's a really hard workout, but I'm so excited for this. Anyone down to do it with me?

    Middle of month 2. My suggestion is to go at YOUR pace and dont even think about keeping up with the "in-shape" crew with ShaunT. Shaun says "form over speed". Which means go slower and focus on keeping your core tight.

    Wow that is awesome! thank u for the advice I will keep that in mind for sure Shaun is pretty fast in these workouts. Have you noticed a change in ur body since u started this workout?

    Hey Rachel, I am 5 days in to the insanity workouts (day 5 workout still to do). I have attempted Insanity before, only did 2 weeks, but I am much more focused this time and have a holiday in two months to work towards.
    Have you made a start yet?

    Yes I have noticed. In the mornings I flex in the mirror and I think I see real abs.

    And I put away my 34 dockers and now in 32 waist dockers. (With a belt!!)

    That is soooo awesome! It really is a killer workout and most people I know that have started it will quit after the first day.

    I'm totally sucking at the moment went out of town and missed 2 days and I might start all over. I feel like I just failed. I haven't been doing it for very long
